Dear Investor,

If you love to travel to beautiful places in the company of interesting people...while dining on gourmet food and living in the lap of luxury...and doing it all while discovering enriching new investment opportunities at the same time, I have just the ticket for you:

Please join us from June 14–25, 2007, as we take the vacation of a lifetime on the beautiful Baltic Sea aboard the super-luxurious, five-star MS Deutschland.

In a glorious time of year in this part of the world, we’ll enjoy 11 days and nights as your hosts on an itinerary that offers some of the most breathtaking scenery this side of paradise.

You’ll find this northern corner of Europe especially beautiful in the warm month of June, as the roses bloom and the sun shines across the glassy calm of the Baltic Sea. There is no better time of year to behold the breathtaking beauty of the fjords and the rugged charm of Scandinavia as you gaze for miles across crystal clear waters from the teak deck of our luxury cruiser.

And what a vessel she is! Our home away from home is the majestic MS Deutschland, one of the grandest ships ever built. Forget those floating motels that ply the Caribbean, tackily decorated in neon and chrome, with their constant barrage of ear-splitting announcements for bingo and dance contests. This is refined elegance at sea. In fact, in her native Germany, this five-star floating hotel is affectionately called Das Traumschiff—“The Dream Ship.”

To top it off, your three hosts—Neil George, Roger Conrad and Elliott Gue—will be on board the entire voyage, presenting a wide range of investment seminars at sea that could well end up more than paying for your trip! And on land, we’ll meet with local highly-placed investment insiders who will tell us what’s really going on in their markets—in a wealth of detail that landlocked investors back home will never get to hear.

Pristine Harbors, Renaissance Castles, Vibrant Cities…
We’ll See them All!

Our 11-night voyage brings you to seven Northern European nations. Along the way, we’ll witness unspoiled nature and unique landscapes, historic monuments, romantic castles, quaint villages and some of Europe’s most spectacular seaports.

As you’ll see, this is also one of the world’s wealthiest and most advanced regions. As befits the home of mobile-phone giant Nokia, for example, ultra-high-tech Finland is the most wired country in the world.

Sweden’s LM Erricson, too, is on the cutting edge of communications technology and has made a huge push into the Chinese market. And Germany, of course, is Europe’s long-time industrial powerhouse.

We begin our Baltic adventure from the lovely seaport of Kiel, Germany, with an evening cocktail reception where we’ll get to know one another.

Our first stop is Stockholm, one of Europe’s most beautiful capitals. Built on 14 small islands joined by bridges, this handsome city is filled with parks, squares, and airy boulevards. After visiting the twisting medieval streets and waterside walkways, we’ll spend the night in port and set sail the next morning to Mariehamn, Finland. This attractive island town boasts a multitude of green spaces full of dazzling displays of spring flowers.

Then it’s on to Helsinki. Founded in 1550, this charming city is built on the peninsulas and islands of the Baltic shoreline where streets curve around bays and bridges arch between islands.

Next we’ll spend two days in St. Petersburg, the stunning Imperial capital of the Tsars with its 18th-century residences surrounded by magnificent parks, marvelous sculptures and pavilions.

On day eight, we land at the historic 13th-century port city of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, where you can spend the day wandering the cobblestone streets of the medieval Old Town. The following day finds us in Riga, Latvia’s vibrant coastal capital.

Poland is our next stop, where you can behold the 13th-century St. Michael The Archangel’s church in Gdansk. Finally, we’ll visit the small German seaside town of Heringsdorf before ending our cruise back in Kiel.

Money-Making Investment Savvy at Sea, and Much More

I hope you enjoy fine food, drink and conversation because you’ll have them all in abundance on this sojourn at sea. Neil, Roger and Elliott will be sharing your tables at all meals. They’ll be at your side for 11 days, talking money, politics...whatever’s on your mind.

As you can see, this is much more than an investment seminar at sea. It’s a rare chance to get to know these world-class investors personally, and vice-versa. What better way to find out what charming chaps these three are!

They’ll debate the issues just as they do around the conference table at the office. You can pick their brains for specific investment advice, or just engage in candid free-ranging conversations to a depth you just can’t reach in print. It’s also a great opportunity to exchange investment ideas with your fellow shipmates.

And you can do it all ’til the cows come home because there’s no schedule or anywhere our editors have to be. They’re at your disposal for the entire trip.

Introducing a Classic “Grand Hotel” at Sea

You will be living in luxury throughout your 11-night Investment Odyssey on the Baltic. That’s because the MS Deutschland is owned and operated by the incomparable Peter Deilmann cruise line.

A great thing about travelling by sea is that you never have to change your hotel room and drag your bags through airports and into taxis every time you’re off to a new destination. Your hotel room travels with you! You unpack once and you’re done until the end of your cruise.

The Deilmann cruise line has taken this idea to a new level. In conceiving this remarkable ship, they reasoned that since your hotel travels with you, they’d create a ship from a different perspective. Instead of building a typical cruise ship that just happens to be a traveling hotel, they decided to create a grand hotel that just happens to be a cruise ship.

What a difference this shift of focus makes! You have never experienced a ship like this.

At a time when most cruise ships are like warehouses at sea, teeming with up to 6,000 passengers at once, when endless corridors stretch as far as the eye can see, when neon masquerades as glamour, you will be aboard an elegant vessel hearkening back to the golden era of cruise travel.

From the moment you are greeted on board with champagne and a gift bag, you’ll experience the difference a Peter Deilmann Cruise makes. The MS Deutschland accepts a maximum of only 513 passengers, all of whom are coddled like royalty aboard one of the most elegantly appointed ships ever to grace the sea.

The Deutschland’s 286 staterooms are appointed with ample storage space, color TVs, mini-bars, quality toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.

Newly constructed in 1998 and meticulously refurbished every year, the nine-deck ship is richly decorated in the art nouveau and art deco styles of the earlier days of ocean travel. Three gorgeous restaurants and an outdoor dining terrace give you a choice of formal and informal settings for your meals, while intimate lounges and cafes with live music entertain you before and after you dine.

The main dining salon, the art deco Berlin restaurant, offers meals of up to seven courses, including local specialties from countries we’ll visit en route. One deck above is the intimate Four Seasons restaurant. A different à la carte menu is offered each day, and there is no additional charge to dine here. Lastly, for the times you prefer to dine informally, there is the Lido restaurant, where you’ll be treated to a magnificent buffet.

After dinner, don’t miss the grand two-level Emperors’ Ballroom, with its magnificent chandelier and plush red velvet decor. It’s an ideal venue to enjoy nightly concerts, stage shows and ballroom dancing. But you have plenty of other choices as well. Like enjoying a draught beer in the comfortable leather tub chairs of the darkly paneled Old Fritz Pub...or taking in the lighter ambiance of the sparkling Lido Terrace Bar...or unwinding in the chic Lili Marleen lounge as a trio plays light jazz for your pleasure.

Welcome to Five-Star Living

The MS Deutschland provides more than one crew member for every two passengers, to make certain that your voyage is exceptional in every aspect.

It’s precisely this obsessive focus on service that puts the Deilmann cruise line in a class of its own. In 2005, it was named for the fifth time to Conde Nast Traveler’s Gold List. It also scored the highest of any cruise line—a perfect 100%—for its cruise itineraries and the highest—95.5%—for food of any cruise line, large or small.

This floating five-star hotel indulges almost any activity you may desire—a sauna (with sea views!)...cleansing steam baths and sun beds to relax and refresh you...a European beauty salon...a well-stocked library...Turkish bath...and modern fitness center.

You have your choice of outdoor and indoor swimming pools...three sun decks...an elegant theater for film screenings and lectures...upscale shopping boutiques…your choices go on and on.

Feel like a relaxing rub down? The ship’s Wellness Spa offers thalassotherapy, invigorating massages and other health and beauty treatments. To get the blood racing you have your choice of free daily classes in Pilates, Nordic walking and aqua jogging.

Let’s Not Forget the Money-Making Advice that Could Pay for Your Trip!

One reason we chose the Baltic region for our first investment cruise is because it’s teeming with investment opportunity. Few areas of the world can boast the phenomenal economic growth of the two recently-minted ex-Soviet states we’ll be visiting, Latvia and Estonia. Both their stock markets have more than doubled over the past two years. And Finland, home to dozens of cutting-edge technology outfits, has seen its stock market jump 67% over the same period.

Russia also offers explosive returns, but is a famously risky place to put money without first-hand knowledge of local conditions. That’s why having a globetrotter like Neil George on board will prove invaluable.

Neil has worked on six continents analyzing global markets and tending to the assets of high-net-worth investors. He ran an international money-management operation for more than a decade before taking on the editorship of Personal Finance.

With the help of Neil’s contacts in Russia, for example, we’ll be sure to hone in on some outstanding stock and bond opportunities on our shore-side investment excursions there.

But he won’t limit himself to countries on our itinerary. Neil has devoted his professional life to finding solid investments that give investors the rush of capital growth and the compounding juggernaut power of non-stop income and dividends, no matter where they’re located.

He specializes in the kind of steady gainers that can give you the thrill of seeing your net worth double and redouble again, without suffering scary pullbacks along the way. Neil will be there to tell us how he digs up these opportunities, and the best bets on his radar screen at the moment.

Income Investors: Grab a Pen and Take Notes!

Income investor extraordinaire Roger Conrad will also be on board to bring you the most lucrative opportunities he’s finding. As the founding editor of both Utility Forecaster and Canadian Edge, Roger has been helping investors safely build fortunes and generate double-digit income for the past 18 years.

Whether it’s plain-Jane utilities, REITs, closed-end funds, exotic convertible preferred securities or super-generous Canadian Royalty Trusts, Roger is an expert at pulling the gems from the mass of also-rans.

His safety-first approach combines a record of market-beating gains with a patient, relaxed approach to wealth-building that has enriched thousands of grateful investors.

Energize Your Portfolio with the Best of the Best

If you have any money in the ever-more-crucial energy sector, you’ll want to hang on every word of your third on board host, Elliott Gue.

Our own “Mr. Energy,” Elliott is the brains behind The Energy Strategist, the premier financial advisory solely dedicated to covering the complex energy markets. Elliott turned bullish on oil at $20 a barrel in 2002 and since then his energy picks have beaten the S&P 500 5-to-1, racking up average gains of 86%.

On our cruise, Elliott will focus on several of the most profitable niches of today’s energy market—and how you can exploit them to your gain. You’ll learn about a “miracle fuel” that is on track to displace oil as the world’s fuel of choice by 2025 (and the best way to profit from this fuel of the future)...as well as a tiny energy niche with such fat profit margins that it pays dividends of 17% per year...and an old-fashioned supply squeeze in a newly reborn energy sector that could set up smart investors for life.

A Wealth of Cultural and Investment Riches

During our days at sea, Neil, Roger and Elliott will hold seminars tailored to our destinations, previewing the countries we’re about to visit. As we approach St. Petersburg, for example, they’ll brief you on the Russian corporate executives and fund managers we’ll meet on shore who will reveal the top opportunities they’re uncovering there...and how you can invest in these little-known plays from the U.S.

In Stockholm, we’ll get a VIP tour of the Swedish Stock Exchange in the morning, repair to an elegant restaurant for lunch, and then spend the afternoon at our leisure, shopping and strolling around the beautiful waterfront.

In Estonia, we’ll call on officials at Deutsche bank to tell us what sort of opportunities exist in this fledgling stock market. When you’re lucky enough to find a growing company in an emerging market like this—before it makes it onto the world stage—it’s not unusual to count your gains in the hundreds of percent.

These field trips are all optional of course. If you prefer to relax on the deck of the Deutschland while your colleagues are on terra firma, that’s perfectly fine.

I’d like to point out that all these tours, tickets, transportation and pre-arranged meals on shore are included in your cabin pricing as our guest.

An Intimate Gathering of Like-Minded Adventurers

More than anything, we want this to be an exclusive, intimate gathering. The goal is maximum personal interaction with our investment experts, both on board and on land. So we are pre-reserving just 30 cabins. (By the way, if you’re travelling solo, the MS Deutschland offers 67 single cabins and charges much less for single supplements than other cruise lines.)

This is our first investment cruise so I have no idea how fast our 30 berths will sell out. My guess is quickly.

So I urge you to please respond ASAP, especially if you want one of the larger cabins. Our contacts at the cruise line tell us that these premium cabins always go first.

As a premium KCI subscriber, you have first shot at the berth of your choice. If any cabins remain after this initial announcement, we’ll open them up to the 220,000 Personal Finance, Utility Forecaster and online investors who receive our electronic publications on the Internet. And then it’s “bye-bye” to any remaining berths.

I’d love to see you join us for our Five-Star Investment Odyssey on the Baltic. P.S. Guess what? Your flight to Europe is (almost) free! The prices you see on the order form include airfare to Hamburg from the east coast of the U.S. and ground transportation to Kiel, where we begin our cruise. All you have to pay is the unwaivable $225 per-person federal ticket tax. (You may depart from other U.S. cities for a surcharge of $90 to $150.) If you prefer to make your own way to Europe you will receive a $750 credit off the cost of your berth.
